Jessyca's & Jennifer's story began in 2019 at a little beauty shop called Yabba Dabba Doos in our small hometown of West Union.
Jessyca had been leading a women's weekly prayer gathering for a few years and one night Jennifer finally came after a friend had been inviting her. Women gathered there to talk about all things Jesus. The room was filled with worship music, Spirit-led prayers, and the study of God's Word that cultivated a faith-filled atmosphere for signs, miracles and wonders. From the moment Jessyca and Jennifer met they knew God had a divine plan for their friendship.
Since then, God has taken them on an incredible journey together. They have attended and organized women's conferences and retreats, established and served together at StillWaters: A Home for Her, traveled on prayer assignments, and shared countless other adventures as we followed where He led.
Through every season, we've remained faithful friends, encouraging one another, growing in our faith, and enjoying this beautiful ride called life.
Our Story
Meet Jessyca
I’m Jessyca Hayes - wife, mother, prophet, entrepreneur, mentor, speaker, and a woman who has learned that God can use every season of our lives for His glory.
My journey with Christ began through the faithful prayers of my husband and a life-changing encounter with the love of Jesus that radically delivered me from depression, anxiety, paranoia breaking debilitating health issues from my life. What started as a personal transformation became a lifelong pursuit of knowing God, hearing His voice, and helping others discover the freedom, healing, and purpose available through Him.
Over the years, I have been blessed to learn under respected pastors and prophetic leaders who helped shape my faith and calling. In February 2022, I was ordained into the office as a Prophet, formally recognizing what God had already been cultivating within me for years - a passion to equip, encourage, and empower others to walk boldly in their God-given identity.
Like many women, my journey has not been without hardship. I have walked through seasons of betrayal from the body of Christ, through brokenness, healing, reinvention, and surrender and surrendering again. Some of the greatest lessons of my life were learned while navigating life’s unexpected challenges, including supporting my son through his battle with leukemia. Those experiences deepened my faith, strengthened my resolve, and taught me what it truly means to trust God when the path ahead is uncertain.
Today, I lead Dominion Enterprises, a faith-based organization built on the belief that the Kingdom of God should influence every area of our lives - our faith, families, businesses, relationships, health, and purpose.
My heart is especially drawn to the woman who knows she was made for more but isn’t quite sure how to get there. The woman who has spent years caring for everyone else and is finally ready to rediscover who God created her to be.
If that’s you, welcome.
My prayer is that through every conversation, gathering, resource, and relationship, you will be reminded that your story is not over, your purpose is still unfolding, and the best chapters may still be ahead.
Welcome to Dominion Enterprises.
On Earth, As In Heaven.

Meet Jennifer
Hello! I'm Jennifer Chipps—a wife, momma of four, grandma of seven, licensed nursing home administrator, owner of Rapha Lavender Farm, and an ordained minister.
Most importantly, I love Jesus, and I love people!
By Him and through Him, I am an overcomer. He is my strength, my protector, and the One who has faithfully carried me through some of the darkest seasons of my life.
I am a survivor of childhood abuse and domestic violence as an adult. Growing up, I experienced emotional, physical, verbal, and neglectful abuse. For many years, I viewed God through the lens of my earthly father. But God showed me that my Heavenly Father is nothing like my earthly one. He does not abuse, abandon, or reject. He protects, pursues, loves, and heals. Through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, I discovered what true, unconditional love really is.
As a young widow, I lost my first husband after a tragic accident. At just 28 years old, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to remove him from life support, and I suddenly found myself raising three young children alone.
Later, I entered another relationship that became abusive. What began with controlling words and jealousy eventually escalated until my life was threatened. Leaving wasn't easy—it took six months of careful planning—but by God's grace, my children and I escaped and began again.
But God wasn't finished with my story.
I also battled a debilitating illness that left me unable to work for four years. I struggled to walk without a cane, couldn't drive, experienced cognitive difficulties, and fell into a deep depression. I had lost hope.
But God.
He placed an incredible husband in my life, faithful friends who encouraged me, and gave me the strength to fight for my health. During that season, He allowed me to complete my college degree while restoring me physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
The storms continued. My family endured domestic violence, addiction, legal battles, financial hardship, and the painful responsibility of raising grandchildren during difficult seasons. We faced moments when we feared we might lose our daughters, and my husband survived a double pulmonary embolism and later two strokes.
Yet through every storm...
But God.
He remained faithful.
Today, both of my daughters are free—one from addiction and one from abusive relationships. My husband is healthy, our family continues to heal, and I have learned that God is truly the Healer of broken hearts, wounded minds, damaged relationships, and weary souls.
Through every trial, God taught me to pray, trust Him, and depend on His strength instead of my own.
I believe He has called me to walk alongside those whom life has beaten up a little—to encourage those carrying trauma, those searching for healing, and those longing to experience the joy, peace, and freedom that can only be found in Christ.
My story isn't about what I've survived.
It's about what God has done.
But God...
